AI is getting easier. Applying it to a real factory business is not.
Manufacturers are surrounded by advice to adopt AI, but the useful work is more specific: understand a process, identify the repeat admin, define the decision boundary, connect approved information and build something staff will actually use.
Operating principles

Exilier is building around the administrative workflows that sit around manufacturing: enquiries, RFQs, quality documentation, job packs, document retrieval and the movement of information between people and systems.
We are not selling factory robotics, an ERP replacement or autonomous engineering judgement. Our first job is to remove avoidable manual work while leaving accountable people responsible for the decisions that affect customers, margin, engineering, quality and safety.
We are locally focused on Coventry, Warwickshire and the wider West Midlands because hands-on discovery matters at this stage. The goal is to learn which workflows repeat across manufacturers and turn those lessons into increasingly reusable automation building blocks.
